ON THE ORDER OF VOLUNTARY INDEMNIFICATION OF CITIZENS OF ILLEGALLY STORED WEAPONS, AMMUNITION AND EXPLOSIVE SUBSTANCES
from March 27, 2015, No. 266, a citizen who has expressed a desire to take illegal firearms, ammunition, explosives for a monetary reward, applies to any of the city and district internal affairs agencies, in which he indicates his data, the name of the items being handed over , brand, caliber, number of weapons, the number of ammunition and the source of their receipt (acquisition). When a citizen applies to the body of internal affairs by phone or using other electronic means of communication, an employee of the internal affairs body leaves the premises willing to hand over firearms, ammunition or explosives to the location of these items, which accepts the application and accepts these items. When submitting an application, the citizen is additionally submitted to the police department: 1) a copy of the identity document of a person who voluntarily surrendered firearms, explosives or ammunition; 2) a copy of the pages of the book of the depositor (savings book), which indicate the data of the recipient of money and the number of the personal account or payment card (card account) opened in the bank at the choice of the recipient of the money. Citizens who voluntarily hand over illegally stored firearms, ammunition and explosives receive a monetary reward in the amount of: 1) up to one hundred times the monthly calculated index for each unit of automatic rifled firearms; 2) up to a fifty-fold monthly calculated index for each unit of rifled long-barreled guns (rifles, carbines); 3) up to forty-fold monthly calculation index for each unit of rifled short-rifled weapons (pistols, revolvers); 4) up to a thirty-fold monthly calculation index for each unit of a firearm smooth-bore weapon; 5) up to a tenfold monthly calculation index for each unit of a traumatic pistol or revolver; 6) up to a seven-fold monthly calculation index for each grenade, mine, explosive device and artillery shell; 7) up to six times the monthly calculated index for every 1000 grams of explosives; 8) to one thirty-fifth monthly calculated index for each unit of cartridges of caliber greater than 5.6 millimeters to rifled weapons; 9) to one hundred and fifteenth monthly calculated index for each unit of cartridges of 5.6 millimeter caliber to rifled (small-caliber) weapons. Items and substances are not subject to remuneration: 1) not recognized on the basis of a forensic expert conclusion by firearms, ammunition or explosives; 2) registered in the MIA RK "Criminal Weapons" or "Registered Weapons". 3) homemade ammunition; 4) cartridges for smooth-bore, gas and traumatic weapons. Payment of remuneration is performed by the financial support services of the territorial internal affairs bodies by transferring from a budget account opened for reimbursement of expenses for compensatory withdrawal of firearms, ammunition, and explosives from the population.
