Turgumbayev Yerlan Zamanbekovich
Major-general of police Turgumbaev Yerlan Zamanbekovich was born on August 14, 1962 in Almaty city. Candidate of Law science, service in the internal affairs began in 1984.
He worked as an officer of the Criminal Investigation Division of the Internal Affairs Department of the Saransk Executive Committee of the Karaganda region.
From 1986-2002 he held various senior positions in the investigative and operational units of the Alatau and Kalinin police departments, as well as the Almaty city police department.
From February to September 2002, the head of the Ninth Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From September 2002 to April 2003, The Head of the criminal police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
